About TRS
TRS (Aqushen-TRS) began as a Historic Aerial Research Service in 1998. Our founders had been working with environmental databases for several years, so it was a natural fit to add environmental data services to our offerings.
Today TRS provides a one stop source for Environmental and Historic Research for Phase I Site Assessments and due diligence property reviews nationwide. Our reports are easy to understand because they are not overloaded with useless information. Our service is top-notch because we are small enough to still care about our clients.
Historic Aerials:
Through the years TRS has amassed a huge collection of historical aerial photographs of most cities in the United States going back to the 1930's 40's or 50's. We also have access to hundreds regional collections of historical photos that allow us to have the most comprehensive search for photos in the industry. The result of this is better coverage than any other provider. TRS has built a loyal customer base by constantly setting a higher standard for quality, speed and accuracy.
Environmental Data:
TRS provides high quality Environmental Reports including our TRS Environmental Radius Report which meets or excceeds AAI and ASTM E1527-05 requirements.
Regulatory Radius Reports detail known and potential environmental concerns surrounding a property which may include: (CERCLIS sites, RCRA TSD, and Corrective Action Sites, Federal and state Superfund sites, Brownfields, Voluntary Cleanups (VCP's), Leaking Petroleum Storage Tanks, Hazardous material releases etc.) . Additionally our reports identify facilities near the subject property with operating permits such as: underground or aboveground storage tanks, hazardous waste permits, waste transfer facilities, permitted landfills, registered drycleaners etc. Our radius reports generally include Flood Map, Wetland Map, Current Topo Map and Selected Water Wells whenever available.

Our Regulatory Radius Reports are used by Environmental Pofessionals to determine risk and protect the buyer of commercial real estate as a CERCLA Innocent Landowner by making All Appropriate Inquiry. Our reports detail potential and known environmental concerns surrounding the subject property in compliance with ASTM E1527-05 and AAI requirements.
